About the prints

All prints are individually made by hand-burnishing onto acid-free archival paper. I use primarily Somerset Satin, which, as its name suggests, has a soft, lightly textured look and feel. Selected engravings may be printed on smooth Hereford printing paper, some on both. If this matters to you I can provide more information. The dimensions are those of the printed area and all are printed on a significantly larger sheet to give wide margins.

Each print is titled and signed in pencil just below the printed area. Prints are sent in individual transparent biodegradable wrappers, protected by recycled cardboard sheets and envelopes..

I initially printed limited editions, typically of 25-30. I now print only open editions, If it doesn’t say Limited Edition under the print you can assume it is an open edition.
